What do you use to create your products?

a) All of our products are made of recycled materials, natural fibers, cruelty-free leather, and certified synthetic materials which are 100% vegan.

 

Can I cancel my order?

a) Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

a) We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American express, and Paypal.

 

Are the products waterproof?

a) Yes, all our products are waterproof and easy to clean.

 

What is your return and refund policy?

a) You can return the products, upto 15 days from the date of delivery. The returned product should be in its original packaging, including all marketing material such as tags, warranty cards, cloth bags, invoices, and any other material received with the package.

We will notify you once we've  received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
