Kerri's Spaghetti Squash with Kale Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:
-spaghetti squash
-EVOO
-salt
-garlic
-onion
-1 can crushed tomatoes
- @rhythmsuperfoods kale chips
How to:
*First you want to prep and cook your spaghetti squash
- cut off ends, slice down the middle, and remove seeds
- add to baking tray and sprinkle EVOO & salt on inside and place face down
- bake 400 for 30 min
- once cooked scrape out the insides with a fork and add to a bowl
*Second is the sauce
- chop garlic and onion and add to saucepan
- pour in crushed tomatoes
- add in kale chips and let simmer
- mix in with spaghetti squash
