AUSTRIAN CRUMBLY CAULIFLOWER

 

Treat yourself with this delicious Austrian Crumbly Cauliflower by Sissi Manhattan Einhorn.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cauliflower
  • cooking oil 
  • wheat crumbs
  • caraway seeds
  • vinegar
  • salted water

 

RECIPE :

  •  Take 1 Kg of cauliflower and clean it properly, divide it into florets and wash them.
  • After washing them, cook these florets in a saucepan with salted water, caraway seeds and a dash of vinegar and drain it well.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and let the crumbs turn browner.
  • Put the drained cauliflower in the pan and turn until the crumbs are well distributed. The oil can also be replaced by vegan butter.
